Linda Duarte
Linda was born and raised in Pawtucket. Early experiences in property management and rehabbing were among the many gifts bestowed upon her by her late parents, who studiously acquired and shared a knowledge of real estate which would greatly influence her future. A first-generation, Cape Verdean-American, fluent in Creole and conversant in Spanish and Portuguese, she comes from a large family spread throughout New England. Spending time with relatives in the neighboring cities and towns of RI and MA has allowed her to develop familiarity with a variety of neighborhoods to suit all manner of buyers and sellers. One of the delights of her work is discovering hidden gems throughout the East Coast and pairing them with the right people.
